1. Buddhist Breathing Techniques & Meditation otherwise called Mindfulness of Breathing (touches with Physical, Etheric and Psychic levels)

Under this topic three courses are conducted viz. basic, advanced and final level consisting of 31, 20, 21 techniques respectively.

For each course the participant will be provided with course material so that they can follow the instructions of the teacher scrupulously. The course material contains descriptive practical hints along with suitable illustrations for clear understanding of the techniques.

2. Vipassana

Vipassana is taught on the basis of Buddha's teaching based on the practical aspects of Maha Satipatthana Sutham - The Discourse on the Insight Meditation. Vipassana is taught phase by phase starting from mindfulness of breathing upto the factors of enlightenment. Certain divisions of insight meditation like cemetery observation and meditation on the impurities of the inner physical body are unable to be practiced in modern context so these divisions are not undertaken for practical purpose.

3. Reiki for spiritual elevation and as an alternative medicine

This course is given under three levels, blended with Tibetan Yoga techniques and symbols. This course is given under three levels practically called attunement at physical, etheric, and psychic levels.

a. Attunement at Physical Level:

In this session all the participants shall be attuned by the Grand Master Ven. Dr. Bodhipala.

• By marking respective symbols on the participant's hand and at the point of Third Eye
• Basic five symbols shall be given to the participants and they will be trained how to draw them
• The training for receiving cosmic energy from the universe shall be given
• The training for measuring the position of major chakras shall be given by hand stimulation
• The position of major chakras of the participant shall be ascertained by the Grand Master himself in the workshop
• Healing session consists of the following training.
  • Combing, sweeping, and cleansing of contaminated prana by various methods - i.e. healing of etheric body
  • Energising the weak chakras
  • Receiving the cosmic energy and energizing the hallow etheric body
  • Few Tibetan yoga and breathing exercises shall be given for improving and strengthening the etheric body
  • Finally the Grand Master will assess the colour and width of etheric body of the participants at the end of the first session ie. attunement at physical level

b. Attunement at Etheric Level:

This is the second level Reiki training. The participants shall be attuned with the help of a crystal by drawing the respective symbols thus opening the etheric sheath of the participants.

In this session the following training are given:

1. 30 Reiki symbols and Tibetan Mantras shall be given to the participants
2. Training for distance healing
3. Training for marking the symbols on the patient to cure the disease
4. The participants shall be trained to observe the ethric body of the others - width, colour, height, thickness etc
5. Pendulum exercise for sending the others to tranquil state - for healing purpose as well as for spiritual aim
6. Participants shall be given training to observe and draw the sketch of etheric sheath of entire body in order to diagnose the health of a person

c. Attunement Psychic at Level :

The participants who have successfully performed the first two levels i.e. after physical and etheric attunement shall be provided with a questionnaire and will be selected for third level based on the evaluation i.e. for psychic attunement. All the secret doctrines for healing and spiritual upliftment shall be revealed and the participant shall be awarded with suitable certificate.
